In 1989, Glenn K Audio Tapes started recording and providing on-site duplication of small conventions in the nearby area. Each year we have grown, adding new equipment and trained personnel.
We can now record over 15 simultaneous sessions at up to five different conventions and can produce 41 cassettes every three minutes, or 820 tapes in an hour. In 1998, we added CD recording to our services, and can now produce 28 CDs simultaneously in less than three minutes, or 560 CDs per hour.

Glenn K Audio Tapes sells thousands of tapes and CDs each year. We make every attempt to insure that each one is free from any defects. Occasionally, however, we may inadvertently ship a recording with a character defect. If you receive a recording that is defective, notify us via e-mail or telephone of the problem. We will evaluate the situation and if we determine that the recording is defective, we will send you a replacement. Do not send the defective recording back to us unless instructed to do so.
We guarantee all of our tapes and CDs for sound quality and mechanical defects. We do not guarantee that you will like the message of each tape or CD.

I only want to purchase 1 CD why do I have to pay high shipping costs?
Our shopping cart defaults to UPS shipping. It is the most secure and economical method for orders of more than 4 tapes or CDs. If you wish to order a quantiy less than that and you are in the US we found that US Mail is less expensive. You can use US Mail as the shipping method by selecting products/miscelaneous items and on page 2 select ANY-T/S or ANY-C (or do a search on ANY-T/S or ANY-C). These items are for the cost of the tape or CD including $2.00 US Mail shipping charges. Make sure you indicate what tape # or CD# you wish in the comments box on the address page. Check foreign shipping in the upper right on the address page and it will not add additional shipping charges.
I live in a rural area with no postal delivery – just PO boxes. How can I get delivery to a PO Box?
When you place your order, enter “Please ship US Mail to PO Box” in the comments section.
I don’t live in the United States – how do I have something shipped to me?
I live in Hawaii or Alaska can I have the items shipped via US Mail?
Our website defaults to UPS Shipping which could be expensive to these areas. If you need to have an order shipped to another country, Alaska or Hawaii via US Airmail please fill out the order as usual but select foreign for the shipping method. We will calculate the shipping and e-mail you with the amount and payment instructions.
How do I place an order with several items shipped to me and some items shipped to my friend?
The easiest way to do this is to place two orders. The first order should contain the items you want for yourself. The second order should contain the items for your friend – remember to fill out the “Ship to” portion of the order.

How do I find a particular speaker?
Perform a search on the speaker’s name (no last names, just the last initial) by typing it into the keyword field in Search. If you know the fellowship the speaker is associated with, click the button to the left of the fellowship name in the list below the keyword field. Doing so will reduce the amount of time it takes to complete your search.
What if I don’t remember the speaker’s name?
Searching by a speaker’s name is most effective, but you can perform a search on the date of the talk, the name of the conference or the location of the conference.
Remember: if you search by date, search in several date formats, i.e., January 5, 2002, 1/5/2002 and 1/5/02. Sometimes it may be more efficient to simply search January 5 and 1/5.
When searching by name of conference, be aware of possible abbreviations and spelling variations. Again, sometimes it is more efficient to search a part of the conference name rather than the entire title.
How do I find a particular speaker in a sub-category, like Gay and Lesbian speakers?
Using sub-categories is a great way to narrow your search, including to tape or CD sets only, or single CD recordings.
If you are looking for talks within a sub-category, enter the name of the speaker in the keyword field, and choose the subcategory of the fellowship you want in the drop-down box to the right of the fellowship name. When using the sub-category drop-down box, do not check the box to the left of the fellowship.
What do I do if I’m not sure of the spelling of the speaker’s name or the conference name?
If you are unsure of the spelling of one of your keywords, i.e., Chris vs. Kris vs. Crys, type the variations into the keyword search, separated by commas. Doing so will pull up all product entries with any of your keywords. Do not use last names – last initial only.
One tape in my favorite old Joe & Charlie set broke. How do I order a replacement tape?
The easiest way to order a replacement is to order “any single tape” as an item. This item can be found under “Miscellaneous Items” in our Products area. When ordering, in the comments box, enter PLEASE SEND REPLACEMENT FOR TAPE 4, A085W/H1990” (i.e., the tape number to be replaced, and the product code of the tape set.)
If you don’t have the product code of the album, please provide speaker name, event, location and date of the talk.
I can’t find the talk I want on CD, only on tape. Can you convert it?
To order a tape converted to CD, choose Products in our banner, then Miscellaneous Items. For a single CD, choose sku# T2CD. When you fill out your information, enter the sku# of the tape you want converted in the comments box.
How do I order several tapes converted to CD?
For several tape conversions, choose Products in our banner, then Miscellaneous Items Enter the number of tapes you want converted in the quantity box of sku# T2CD. When you complete your order, enter the sku# of each of the tapes you want converted in the comments box.
Can I get an entire tape album converted to CD?
To have a multiple tape album converted to CD, choose the sku# of the description that indicates the number of tapes contained in the album you want converted. Enter the sku# of the tape album in the comments box when completing your order.
I ordered a CD and don’t like the speaker. Can I return it?
We guarantee our tapes and CDs against defects - we cannot guarantee that you will like the message or the style of any given speaker. Listen to again in a month or two, you might have changed.
I have a CD that skips. Should I return it?
First, make sure that your CD player and the CD are clean by using a CD cleaner designed for this purpose. If it still skips, check it on another player – note that CDs skip much more easily on car players and older players. If it still skips, call or e-mail us – do not return it before contacting us. We will check our master to make sure no problem exists on it, and, if appropriate, send you a replacement.
I accidentally ordered a tape set instead of a CD set. Can I exchange it?
Call or e-mail us with the product code of the tape set, or mail the set back to us with a note explaining that you want CDs. We will calculate the difference in price, make payment arrangements with you, and ship you the CD set.
How will I receive a link to download an mp3?
When you place an mp3 download order you will get a confirmation of your order and another copy of your actual order with the words "Download the file(s) below". Directly underneath will be the title of your selection in bold. That is your hot link. Double click that linkl and save it to a file as described in the next question.
I didn't get the link to download an mp3 I ordered. How do I download now?
Simply log-in to the web-site and select option #2 review previous orders. Click on the order #. When you see the order highlight the bold titles at the top under the words "Download file(s) Below" and download each to a folder you have created.
Each of our files will be zipped (compressed to allow faster downloading) after you specify a location of where you would like to store it in a folder you make like My Documents/My mp3 Downloads, then you must expand it, usually by double clicking on it, and then that file can be played, loaded onto your iPod or burn a CD.
I downloaded an MP3 and cannot open it. What’s wrong?
When you download an MP3, it is in zip format, i.e., compressed. In order to play the MP3, you must first decompress the file. See the previous question.
If the download you ordered consists of more than one MP3, all of them will be zipped together. When you unzip the file, all of the MP3s will result.
I ordered an MP3 and cannot download it. What do I do?
E-mail us, providing your order number, name and the process you followed to download. We will troubleshoot the particular MP3 and the download, and contact you when you can successfully download.
